If successful, your temporary visa will be valid for 30 days and you will need to travel within this period. If you cannot travel during this day window, you will need to submit an application for a vignette transfer. Do not book your travel until you receive your visa, as UKVI is not liable for any costs incurred if you do not receive your visa before your intended travel date. If you would prefer to have your supporting documents scanned for a fee, you should send your supporting documents along with your passport, document checklist and a self-addressed prepaid return envelope to the address above. On receipt of your documents, the commercial partner will contact you to collect payment.
You can visit the new Premium Application Centre PAC in Auckland where you will be guided through enrolling your biometrics and submitting your passport and supporting documents. When you select this option as part of your online application you will be prompted to book an appointment online and pay the fee, which you can do online or when you attend the appointment.
This payment may be made in cash or with a debit card. Your sponsor should provide a photocopy of your passport photo page, along with your document checklist if you have applied via Access UK, or the first page of your visa application form if you have applied via visa4uk. The supporting documents will then be scanned and handed back to your sponsor during their submission. If your 30 day visa to travel to the UK for work, study or to join family has expired, or is about to expire, you can request a replacement visa with revised validity dates free of charge until the end of this year.
